Jose Costa
Principal
Jose has spent his professional career over the last 25 years as an owner/operator building the world’s largest ornamental plant supplier, Costa Farms, as a founder of a successful hard equity lending business, and as a successful multi-strategy real-estate investor. He formed Fourshore Capital in 2017 in order to create a comprehensive platform for investments spanning the lending and private equity space. Mr. Costa earned his Bachelor of Science from the College of Agriculture at the University of Florida and his M.B.A. from the University of Miami. He currently serves on the Board of Costa Farms.

Pedro leads Fourshore Partners, Fourshore Capital’s Private Equity arm. Pedro is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities. Pedro also assists portfolio company senior managers in accomplishing their strategic objectives. Pedro has over 25 years of operating and strategy/M&A consulting experience. Having led the Foliage Division at Costa Farms, the world’s largest ornamental plant supplier, Pedro played an integral role in acquiring and integrating numerous acquisitions in the houseplant industry, as well as preparing Costa Farms for its successful sale to Markel Corporation. Prior to Costa Farms, Pedro spent seven years at Bain & Co. in the Boston and Atlanta offices. While at Bain, Pedro worked with leading global corporate clients and private equity firms, assisting them with strategy development, M&A support, and operational improvement assignments. Pedro has a B.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
FELIPE TORRES de NAVARRA

Felipe joined Fourshore Capital in 2017, bringing with him over 20 years of Public and Private Industry Accounting and Finance experience. Having worked most recently for over ten years as Vice President of Accounting and Finance for Bayview Asset Management, LLC, an investment management firm focused on investments in mortgage credit, including whole loans, mortgage-backed securities, mortgage servicing rights, and mortgage-related assets. Prior to Bayview, Felipe worked for over 7 years in the food service industry as the Controller for Rowland Coffee Roasters, Inc., the nation's largest maker and distributor of Hispanic coffee, and as the Director of Finance for PFG-Empire Seafood a subsidiary of Performance Food Group, a leading publicly-held food distribution company. Felipe began his career in the tax department of KPMG, LLP in Miami, FL. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting (with a minor in Economics) and a Master of Accounting degree, both from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant (Florida) as well as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
JOSE TORRES

José has been a real estate executive for over 20 years. Throughout his career he has participated in negotiations and transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $200 million. Moreover, Jose has directed and supervised the conceptualization and development of residential and commercial real estate projects, in addition to managing over 350,000 square feet of commercial office and retail space. Jose is well versed in sustainability issues and in the implementation of eco-friendly practices during the real estate development process and in post-consumer materials management. Jose has BA in History and Political Science from Indiana University and a JD from the University of Puerto Rico.
Milos milosevic

Milos joined Fourshore Partners in 2019. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including deal sourcing, transaction structuring and execution, as well as working with portfolio companies and their management teams on post-closing strategies. Prior to joining Fourshore, he worked in Corporate and Investment Banking focused on debt and equity capital raises by small- and mid-cap REITs. Milos graduated Summa cum Laude with a BBA in Finance from The George Washington University, and as an Edward Tuck Scholar with an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
