Fourshore originates and manages a hard equity lending portfolio primarily focused on helping land developers with financing prior to construction, but also ranging into other asset types, assuming adequate loan to value criteria (~50% LTV) is met.
Private Equity
Fourshore Partners is the private equity arm of Fourshore Capital, and is focused on finding established firms with a track record of $2-15M in EBITDA, for control investments. The firm is looking for cash-flowing businesses, as well as distressed/special situations, across a range of industries (including: agribusiness, logistics, business services, niche manufacturing, distribution, consumer and financial services). Fourshore invests across North America with a particular interest in Florida and Caribbean based companies.
